Dugan, died at the home of her son-in-law, Willis Ripka, on the former Humes farm south of Bellefonte on Saturday, October 12, 1940, after a year's {ll- ness with a heart condition. She had been bedfast for the past seve eral weeks. Mrs. Dugan daughter of John and Anna ter Fye and was born in Potter township on June 14, 1878, making her age at time of death 62 years, 3 months and 28 days. Her husband, Simon L. Dugan, died about three fears ago. Surviving are the daugh- ter, Mrs. Ripka: a brother, Roland Fve, of Lock Haven, and two sis- ters, Mrs. Sadie Weaver and Miss Grace Fye, both of near Centre Hall Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Ripka home, with the Rev. Ivan Miller, pastor of the Pleasant Gap Methodist church, of- ficiating. Interment was made in the Pleasant Gap cemetery ——simsansas WP ———— MRS. ELIZABETH M. McC. Mrs. Elizabeth M, McCur of Bellefonte widow Dr. Joseph Bion Scoti, of burg, died at her home on East Linn street, Bellefonte, on Tuesday ning, October 15, 1940. She daughter of Robert and Mary shall McCurdy and was Gettysburg, coming to Bellefonte 1906 after the death of her band. She was a Charles McCurdy, of the First National fonte, Surviving are a Grace McCurdy, at home ter.
