PATTON Howard Franklin Batton, of Han- nah, died at the State hospilal Philipsburg, Tuesday moining, June 4, 1940, at 8 o'clock flness with a complication of di eases. Mr. Patton was a son of Robert A and Blanche (Welch) Patton, and was born at Port Ma- tilda, January 1 1880.
