Interment services were held Monday afternoon in the Zion cem- etery, at Zion, Mr, Johnson was a son of Peter and Margaret Johnson and was born at Curtin more than 70 years ago. His second wife, the former Elizabeth Ritier died in 1933 and was buried in the cemetery at Zion. Survivors include a son, New- ell, of Roosevelt, I. I, and a daugh- ter, Mrs. George Richers, of Lans- downe. The deceased was general superintendent of the Pennsyly Railroad telegraph system ¢ widely known throughout tl ty.
