It is believed that this study will yield valuable information on the following ques- tions: How much do trout grow in streams? How far do they travel after planting? How long does a normal planting produce good fish- ing? What are the results of plant- ings made at different seasons of the year? in carrying out this program each trout was measured and tagged at the hatchery and then released at a definite point on Spring Creek.
