H. and Amanda Gray Kephart, His age at time of death was 83 years, He is sui vived by two sisters, Miss Laura at home amd Mrs. James P. Parsons of Teledo, Ohio. Funeral services were held at the late home on Saturday after noon at 2:30 o'clock, with Rev. Wal- lace Cummings officiating. Strickler, a life-long resi- dent of Blanchard, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Fred Miller and family, in that place, on Mone day evening at 8:20 oviock of a heart ailment. A retired lumberman, Mr. Strickler was 76 years of age He was born at Beavertown Novem ber 8, 1862, the son of Philip and Mary Strickler. His wile, Carrie A Kubhes, preceded him in death some years ago. Survivors are three daughters: Mrs. Fred Miler, Mrs. John Heichel, of Blanchard, and Mrs. William Durkin, of Monument His only son, Frank, of St. Marys, died August 7, 1838. He also leaves one sister, Mrs. Jane Shambaugh, of Lykens, Pa., and three brothers Henry Strickier, Aaronsburg; Ross Strickler, Endicott, N. Y., and Maine Strickler, Niagara Fills.
