As he darted across the road he was struck by the right headlight of a car driven by Henry J. McChesney, of 210 8. Allen street, State College who was traveling toward Bellefonte The car was moving at a slow rate of speed at the time, and after striking the boy McChesney stopped immediately and rushed the victim to the hospital when he was found to be suffering from a broken left leg and lacerations of the face and | head.
