Mrs. Ben Neff and children, of State College, are visiting the former's par- ents, Mr, and Mrs. Joseph Shope. The house of C. C. Barger caught fire on Saturday and the flames were extinguished before any great dam- age was done, Quite a number of friends gathered at the home of Henry Shultz on Sat- urday evening, It being Mr 62nd birthday The evening spent in social chat; at a late hour all were Invited to the dining room where ice cream and cake was served.
