To the Honorable, The Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Centre County, State of Pennsylvania i— The Board of County Auditors of Cen- | tre County, State of Pennsylvania, vened at the Court House in Bellefonte, Penna. January 6th, 1908, for the pur- pose of auditing the accounts of the several County Officers. Written potices | were served on them to deliver to the Board all books, papers, &o., ing to their respective offices for ination and audit. The Auditors tinued thelr labors from day to Sunday excepted, until they had exam ined and passed upon all the accounts books, papers, &c., presented, and theres fore beg leave to submit the report, to wit: he accounts of John L. vin A. Weaver, and John G Board of County Commissioners; K. White, County Treasurer; A. B. Kimport, Prothonotary; and Henry Kline High Sheriff, were duly examined and found to be correct, of the Commissioners show an expendi- ture of ninety eight thousand six hun- dred and ninety eight dollors and nine- ty eight cents, ($98,680.98), pald out dur- ing the year 1907. The account of Frank K. White, County Treasurer, were care- fully examined and compared with vouchers and were found to be correct, and that the receipts of the office ceed the expenditures, leaving in the hands of the Treasurer a balance of two | thousand seven hundred and one dollars and seventy eight cents (32,701.78), due the county. We also find in the treas- ury the amount of nine thousand thirty nine dollars and seventy six cents, ($9,080.76), arising from unseated land taxes due the different Townships for Road, School, and Poor purposes We find In the hands of the Treasurer a balance of Sheep Funds of three thou- sand four hundred and seventy five dol- lars and seventy three cents ($3,475.73), arising from Dog Tax. We find in the hands of the Treasurer six hundred six- : nine dollars and seventy five cents 76), due the different Boroughs and ANSI arising from liquor licenses. We find in the hands of the Treasurer three hundred and thirty dollars and fif- teen cents (3330.15); due the different Townships arising from redemption of Unseated Lands. Upon examination of the bill of fees, costs, &c., of A. B. Kimport, Prothonotary, we fipd i due him from the County the sum of fifty two dollars and sevenly cents, (352.70). The account of Henry Kline, Sheriff, was carefully examined and found to be correct and that there Is due him from the County the sum of two thousand eight hundred seventy five dollars and eighty four cents ($2875.84).
