Elk for Otzinechson Park. A herd of seventeen elk are expected to arrive in Lock Haven within a few days from Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Mr. Hughes’ Son Succeeds Him. After having served as principal of the Bellefonte academy for more than 40 years, Rev, James P. Hughes a few days ago tendered his resignation and ata full meeting of the board of trustees of the lustitution a few days ago was ac cepted and the former priacipal’s son, Prof. James R.
