Is it right to open a publie-house and beersaop to teach vice, an 1; then | compel rate-payers to pay for] vchoois to be opened to each virtue? Is it right to derive a revesue out of a system which demoralizes and degrades the people ? Is it right to force a public-house | beer-shop upon a neighborhood | or when the people who live there are opposed to its being opened ?
