until Friday of next week, when Mr.
Dumont will have opportunity to argue

The general ground of complaint, as
indicated in Mr. llrady's statement to
the court, deals with the financial af
fairs of the town. Mr. Hrady charged
among other things that tho commis
sioners had violated the law by ex
ceeding the appropriations made for

said the excess expenditures amounted
