Sergeant William Sibel, on today's list, Is declared by the War Department to hae died of pneumonia October 11, on his way oersens, He was burled at sea with, full military honors, said the message to his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. Wesley Slbcl, 635 Carpenters lane, Germantown. Sibel was twenty-four years old and had been In tho service since last June. He took a course at Carnegie Institute, Pittsburgh, and was for a while sta tioned in Florida and later at Camp Mcrrlt.
