June 19 Work was begun today on the barracks on tho Henry Ford farm on tho north side of Cape May harbor by Cramp & Co., of Philadelphia. These buildings will cost between $."00,000 and $1,000,000, and will consist of twenty large barracks and dormitories, three offi cers' quarters, five lali lnes and an Immense hall and officers mess hall, a boiler house, laundry and hospital.
