Tunnel!, slxty-twcr' years old, a manufacturer of clue, died yesterday at his home, 250 West Tulpehooken street, Germanto-rn. Mr. Tunnell nil born at Georgetown, Del. At the ace ot sixteen he entered the employ of the Western Union Telegraph Company, and was promoted to the com pany's ofTlcs at Philadelphia where he be came Interested In due making and formed the partnership of Talbot ft Tunnell. From this partnership came 7. W. Tunnell & Co., and eventually V. W. Tunnell ft Co., Inc. Mr. Tunnell was president of tho latter firm from 1910 until his death. Mr. "Tunnell was superintendent of tho First Methodist Sunday school, Qerman town, for twenty years. He also was prest-. dent of the board of trustees of tho church.
