[Jan 2-1 ifd&w BITTERS WILL CURE ALL DISEASES OF THE SKIN! Diseases of the skin are numerous aud, with but one or two exceptions, may ull be traced to Impurity of the blood. Iu many persons th{»- Impurity Is born in the system; while others acquire it through Improper treatment of scores of diseases. Under this head may bei classed— Ist, Scrofula,—This disease Is hereditary and: is transmitted froth generation to generation. It is caused by a transgression of the laws of nature, both moral and physical; iu other words, it is caused by vice. Acting us a latent poison, it reduces tho vitality of the blood, and weakens the depurating organs, so that ihey fail to discharge or cast out the Impurities tout are continually generating In the system. A person physically pure acquires gonorhcea, or some other secret disease; he undergoes a courseof mercury, the disease is dried up, aud the patient pronounced well. Vain delusion. The complaint is not cured, its channel is onl# diverted. Instead of making Its appearance outwardly, it acts on the Internal organs, and scrofula, which Is bequeathed from father to son. Is tne result. Many persons who are per-j fectly free from all Immorality and vice are af«| lllcted with scrofula. They are suffering for the sins of their fathers auu laboring under the curse inscribed in the Bo<>k of Books. “I will visit the iniquities of the fathers upou their children.” To cure this dreadful complaint it is neces sary that the blood should be thoroughly puri fied, all the organs of the body brought Into a healthy state of action, aud the system braced up and strengthened by invigorating tonics.— Look at the articles used in compounding Mishler’s Bitters; see the array of purifying and invigorating mendicaments, and say whether there is an article in the wholo list of medicines that equals it. Wo here emphatically assert, without fear of contradiction, that MISHLER’S BITTERS WILL CURE ALL KINDS OF SCROFULOUS DISEASES. It purifies the blood, It strengthens the inter nal organs and aids them to perform thalr nat ural functions, it is astimulant and a tonic and It will cure Scrofula. 2d, Running Sores and Ulcers.—Running sores and ulcers Invariably Indicate a scrofu lous taint. They are caused by the efforts of nature to discharge the impurities of the blood. Many persons afflicted with running sores and ulcers succeeded in drying them up and think they ar<> cured when the skin grows over the sore. They are, howover, “ but making bad worse,” lor the impurities that were discharged from the system through the medium of tho sore now act Internally aud cause innumerable diseases and often death. The only true and sure care for all running sores and ulcers Is Mishler’s Bitters, a continued and persevering use of which will luost certainly effect a per manent cure. 3d, Salt Rheum.—Salt Rheum is a vague, in definite. though, popular term, given to al most all the nou-febrilo eruptions of the skin which afflict adults. It Is generally an erup tion of vesicles in small, distinct ulcers, ac companied with a smarting, tingling sensation, witn a tendency to creep or spread over the ad joining surface. Mishler’s Bitters are a sure cure for this disease. 4til. Pimples and Blotches.—Pimples and Blotches on the shin are always a sure sign of impure blood. Although never dangerous, ex cept In cases of carbuncles, they are very dls agreeeble. Often we will see <tne most hand some features rendered hideous by great blotches and pimples, and Instead of the pleas ing|look which should Irradiate thehumuu face we see nothing but disgusting corruption ; for pimples and blotches are nothing but the cor rupt accumulations of the system expelled through the medium of tho skin. The use of Mlshler’s Bitters* will force these corruptions to be discharged through the natural cbannels, and thus cures all kinds of plraplesand blotches. Ladies who desire a fair completion, free from pimples should bear this fact In mind, apr 23 IUITEKS IN PHI LA DELPHI A . The snle of Mlshler’s Celebrated Herb Bitters n Philadelphia promises togrow to immense proportions. His agents there arc* kept busy by the incessant demands of those who are afflicted. There, as elsewhere, their great medical virtues are attesting themselves to tlio performance of multitudes of the most signal and remarkable cures. Every week Mr. Mlsh ler hears the report of the good the Bitters are doing from his agents. Some of tlio cures ef fected are almost incredible. Numbers of these cases have already been alluded to. Only yes terday one of the Philadelphia agents of Dr. Mlshler called ou him to arrange for receiving a much larger future supply. He reports the most rapid and wide-spread circulation of this extraordinary medicine, and attests to their wonderful curative powers: REMARKABLE CURE OF CHRONIC RHEU MATISM. Philadelphia, April 20,1830. Not long since a colored man, uflltcted; with Chronio Rheumatism in Its worst form, having heard that Mishler’s Herb Bitters would cure that disease, called at our store. He came hob bling In on n pair of crutches, and was evident ly suffering from intense naln at the time. His limbs were almost powerless, and the Joints were stiffened aud greatly swollen. He stated that ho was poor, out of money, and unable to work In his present condition. Taking pity on him we gave him a bottle. In the course of a week ho called ugaln, evidently much better. We gave him another bottle. After using some three or four bottles he was able to throw aside Ills crutches and goto work, lie is now a hale, hearty man, able to labor at digging cellars, at which occupation lie Is em ployed. He has paid us for nil the medicine he got. and is the most grateful man alive. CURE OF DISEASE OF THE HEART. Some five weeks ago a soldier called in fft our store toget a bottls of Mlshler’s Bitters. Ho wus a most pitiable looking object, being so emaciated and debilitated as to be scarce!/able to move about. He had been with Sherman on bis grand marches, but since his discharge from the army had become entirely broken down in health. The physyciuns to whom ho had applied in vain for relief, had pronounced him to be ailllcted with the dlseusoof the heart, Immediately after commencing the use of the Bitters lie began to improve rapidly, and ho Is now sound aud well as ever he was In Ills life; The above are only two of very many remark able cures which have come under our knowl edge.
