The story was brought te the notice et 'Squire Yeung, who deputised Jeseph McFalls as a spectnl eillcer te niake the ar rest, as the town constables were in Ijincas ter attending court duties. The man and woman were,arrested and about five o'clock last evening were given a hearing at the of fice of 'Squlre Yeung. The woman told the $ following story : Several years age shows' living in Kohrerstewn and was then be trayed by a man named Mlller, and the girl who said she was kidnapped was born.
