The Uuabtfty el Fruit In ine market Alse Uneinally Large. ?rem the New Yerk Times, Het only is there a great abundance of poultry, bnt the market is fall of almost all kinds of game te be found there at this season of the year. Quail are unusually tine new, and Jersey quail are wheleciled at from $2 te $2.25 per dozen. Western quail of very Reed quality will net aall for mere than $1.50 per dozen, and they will be even mere abundant this wcik. Geed wild geese are hard te whole- -aala at SUM, -Per- pair., and wUd duek are as cheap as the domestic stock. It is thought that the large losses Vfhieh Western poultry shippers are likely te meet with from the extreme low prices at nhieh their poultry must be sold will deter many of them from shipping for the holidays, and the great abundance of poultry at this time may be the cause of a limited supply then. While there may net be again this season a time when poultry eaa be bought se low as new, it will ba almost impossible te create a scarcity of it. The poultry is in the West, and while corn Is of very little value there, the poultry growers are naturally nuxieus te sell their stock as seen as it is fat enough for marketing, se as net te waste grain. Vast quantities of it in consequence will be killed and shipped, even at extremely low prices. The quantity of fruit new in the market also is unusually large. Of the supply of apples it is only necessary te Bay that geed apples can be bought by the single barrel for $1.25, and faney Greenings, Baldwins and Kings for $3.00. Seme few barrels of apples or extraordinary baauty have sold for as high as $3 per barrel, and a few barrels or very oheioo Spitzenberger were sold Inst week for as high as (0 per barrel. The publle seamto..iuve..tlrd-of" many of the varieties of pears and many half barrels of nice Beekels are new offered for uale at as low as tl.GO. and even at that nriee thev se very slowly. There is new but little doubt that the supply of potatoes ter our market will be almost or quits as great cs last season. v nue tnere have net been se many prodneed this season in the state of New Yerk and in Hew England as there were kst year, the euantitv erewinc in the West is far be -yond that raised last season, while the trans-Mississippi crop is perhaps the largest ever grown there. Last season the Hew Yerk market supplied most of the Southern eitlca, but this season many of these eities will be supplied directly from the West, Ueipalr net, ncltlier man nor until, Altbeugli yonrmeutn hassuflercJ ill, AltlieuKli your teeth are halt decayed, ou can still save them.
