The engineers of the new railroad from Shamokin te West Milten, by way of Sun bury and Lewisburg, are new actively en gaged in locating the read. Twe corps of engineers Lave commenced operations, one at each end, Shamokin and West Milten, where the read connects with the Reading branch at Williamsport. The bridge at Sunbury ever the Susquehanna will be about 2,200 feet long, built of iron and heavy stone masonry. The directors of the Pennsylvania rail road meet en Monday next te declare the semi-annual dividend. It is thought it will be four per cent, in cash, although there arc some who think it will be a fur ther distribution of stock. A.
