Yerk papers anuouuee the death of Mrs. Elenore Miller, aged 00 years, a sister of Mrs. Geerge Murry, residing at Maytown, Lancaster county, aud a brother et Mr. Christ Filby, who lives in this county. The lad in Yerk who had the smallpox died en Saturday. Dr. McCInre, health officer et that boieugli, says there is net another caie in the town. Lewis, aged about 27 years, son of Mr. Lewis St raver, of Washington township, Yerk county, committed suicide by hang ing himself in the parlor of his father's resilience. He was acoutrajting'-carpeuter, and " overwork had affected his brain " was the cause ascribed by the cot ener. Our genial young friend Dr. James A. His success as an excursion manager in addition te his acknowledged business tact gives a fitness te his new appoint ment, which speaks much for the wisdom of the beard of directors. Itradrurd, Ta.
