The charges against Esposite are: First, with being a member of an entlawetl band ; second, with having extorted by vielence 250,000 lire ; third, extortion through vielence of 40,000 lire ; fourth, premeditated murder ; iifth extortion with vielence of 8,000 lire : sixth, a second murder with premeditation ; seventh, another extortion with violetico of 30,000 lire in whieh the victim died after release, through his injuries ; eighth, seizuie of an English clergyman named Rose.
