Greff, who wants a hotel license for the " Snapper box" saloon, en Duke street, which is new known as the Sprccher house, was continued until Monday. The case of Frederick Wolf vs. Sarah AVelf, divorce suit, which was en the trial list, was argued William M. Slaymakcr was appointed a viewer te assess damages te lands of Jere miah Brown, ct. al., caused by the Colutn Celutn lumbia and Pert Deposit railroad running a tracK through it. A. W. Kussel was one of the viewers, who was first appointed, but as he will be out of the state en the day of view, Mr. Slaymakcr was appointed in bis stead. The court has refused te grant li censes te the following persons, who were applicants : J. Walter, Conestoga town ship : Edward Wiley, Second ward, city ; and Jacob Adams, Third ward, city. The cases of Jehn Petitz, Eighth ward, city, and of Jehn Reilly, Sixth ward, city, were held under advisement. Meeting Postponed.
