Strutk by Lightning. —Last week, says the Bedford Inquirer, Mr. Spies, of Hopewell township, Bedford county, with three daugh ters were in the field planting corn. A thun derstorm arose and they all sought protection under a large tree, when they were struck by lightning. One of the daughters was instant ly killed, and the father and other daughters were insensible for souie time afterwards.
