President Judge of Blair, Cambria and Hunting
don dtatriat, died at his residence in Uuntiugdon

Colbt. The November Term of
enr court commenced on the 13th. TheJudgca
were on band, and everything opened well on Mod
day morning. There were but few persons present
during the week, yet a largo amount of business
was di4iatcbed. A number of highly important
cases, tome of long standing, were tried, much to
tho joy of the- winning and grief of the losing
party. Court continued in session until Friday
eTeniug, when it adjourned until Monday, tho 20th,
when the sucund wetk commenced and opened aa
vigorously aa the first.
