The New Fifteen Cent Notes.—The new fifteen cent notes ’have just been turned out by the printing division of the Treasury. The notes are of the same width, but somewhat shorter than the twenty-five cent notes. On the right side- of the face is a vignette of Gen. Grant, and on the left a vignette of Gen. Sherman. Between the vignettes are the words, “ Fifteen Cents,” prominently displayed, and immediately beneath the figures “15.” The back is similar in ap pearance to that of the twenty-five cent notes with the- denomination on each end.
