STATEMENT OF THE FINANCES County of Cumberland, from the Ist day of January to the 31st day of December, A. D. 1848, inclusive. Made by the Commissioners in conformity of law, contained in the.twenty-Becohd and twenty T third sections of an act of Assembly of this Commonwealth, passed on the fifteenth day of April, A.
