Will Floray is digging a cellar for a new house near the station, An excursion to Centre Hall is being talked of by Mifflinburg people. John Dauberman, of near Centre Hill, thinks of beginning work for a new house in this town, in a few weeks, and will becomegga citizen of the town after its completion. On Thursday of last week our: base ball team went to Mifflinburg to cross bats with the team at that place. Cen- tre Hall won by a score of 15 to 13. Jolin Harper, who has been lying in a critical condition for some time, is slow- ly sinking and is not expected to live long. The Grangers’ annual picnic will be held on the old ground, on the moun- tain, Thursday, Sept, 16. The price of building lots at the sta- tion is rapidly advancing.
