Frank McClellan of Oshanter, Clearfield county, came to the home of Mrs. McClellan's parents a few tlays ago on & short visit. Their main object in coming just now was to vee the big boy —son of Mr. and Mrs, Domer Ishler—that is temporarily residing there, nn Mr. and Mrs, J. Emory Hoy were called from their Philadelphia home to Hiate College on account of the death of Mr. Hoy’s mother, a notice of whose death appears in this issue under a proper head. They returned howe on Wednesday morning, Mrs. Hoy baving come to Centre Hall on Tuesday to be with her mother. Mr, and Mrs. L. L. Bmith and Mr. and Mrs, F. P, Geary, Bunday morn- ing, started on an auto trip to Berwick and Bloomsburg. The latter couple visited Mr, Geary’s parents at Ber. wick, and the former spent the time with their daughter, who Is a student at the Bloomsburg Normal school. They returned home Tuesday. W.
