We, the officers and members of the Centre County Pomona Gra No. 13, P. of H., and subscribers to The Patrons Rural Telephone Company order to protect the individual rights and interests of each member as well a Company at large, have adopted the following Constitution, By-laws government © SECTION 1. This Company shall be known as THE PATRONS ELEPHONE CoNPAN Y, known in the constitution and by-laws as RAL COMPANY. SECTION IL. The annual meetings of the Company Centre Hall on the second Tuesday of January of each year. SECTION 111.
