~On Taesday, July 6, the sh
ill on Whitmer's sidiog, near Spring
Mills, owned and operated by Krumrine
& Co., was destroved by fire. The men
had quit work at noon and were eating
their dinner when they discovered part
of the roof of the mill near the smoke
stack on fire, and before the flames
could be checked they rapidly sjread
and soon redoced the building to ashes,
