The Railroad Company is making the fullest arrangements to bring and re turn passengers expeditiously, !us well as cheaply. The hotels are also pre paring largely. The prospect is good for a creditable Exhibition. The wet weather has thrown our fanners back somewhat, but it is hoped that they will not al low it to prevent their stock, products and implements from coming.
