P.y noon three cars had tieeu loaded with coal, when the men were forced to quit work because of there being no cars on hand. Just now there appears l 1m-a great scarcity of coal cars. What effect the notice issued by District President liradley will have upon tin- nn-u at Lilly is not known at present. As thi--is Mr. Pradley's home it is possible the no tice to discontinue work might hav some bearing on the miners, but, of course, that cannot be determined until to-day. Sam uel Wigtoti, one of the operators, will visit Lilly this morning to ascertain just where the men stand, and also to learu whether they will pay any attention to President Bradley's notice.
