The ndvocntes of sending a commission to Washington were strengthened by the presence of Scnors Gibergn and Quilez and General Siiiiguilv, the last mimed resuming hi seat in the convention, his resignation not having been accepted. The vote of Mon dav against sending n commission to Washington was reconsidered. Special sessions will be held today for a further discussion of this question.
