Ttpre comes another of the beauti ful booklets from the Bureau of the Pan-American Exposition, Buffalo, N. Y. It consists of 16 pages and a cover of light green. Tne unique feat ure of it is the miniature reproduction of the famous poster, "The Spirit ot Niagara," which has had a most re markable demand. The envelope in which the poster booklet is mailed also bears a reproduction of this artistic work. The booklet is a popular pic ture book, the first paze having an engraving of the magnificent Electric Tinker, w hich is ot feet hieh, and which will form the glorious center piece of the great Exposition.
