By virtue of an order of the Orphans'
Court of Columbia county, the undersigned
will expose to public sale the following pieces
of real estate:
All thnt certain house and lot of ground
situate in the town of Catawissa. in the coun
ty of Columbia and State of Pennsylvania,
bounded and described as follows, to-wit:
On the west by Front street, on the south
by land late of Samuel Eckj on the east by
land of Catawissa Kail Road Company, and
on the north by land of George Stecker,
containing in front on said Front street, thiri
ty-five feet, nnd extending back in depth one
hundred and sixty feet, whereon are erected
a two story
FRAME DWELLING HOUSE,
stable and outbuildings.
ALSO
All that certain house and lot of ground
situate in the town of Kupert, in the county
of Columbia, Montour township and State
of 1'enn'a., bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the south corner of said lot ir.
nn alley twenty feet wide, and running thence
by said alley north seven and one half de
grees cast one hundred and ten feet; thence
by lands of Lloyd Paxton, north eighty-two
and one-half degrees west thirty feet; thence
by lands ot the same soulh seven and one
half degrees west, one hundred and ten fcei
to an alley; thence by the line of said alley,
soulh eighty-two and one-half degrees east
thirty feet t. the place of beginning, where
on nre erected a two-story
