By virtue of an order of the Orphans' Court of Columbia county, the undersigned will expose to public sale the following pieces of real estate: All thnt certain house and lot of ground situate in the town of Catawissa. in the coun ty of Columbia and State of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to-wit: On the west by Front street, on the south by land late of Samuel Eckj on the east by land of Catawissa Kail Road Company, and on the north by land of George Stecker, containing in front on said Front street, thiri ty-five feet, nnd extending back in depth one hundred and sixty feet, whereon are erected a two story FRAME DWELLING HOUSE, stable and outbuildings.
