Wow, because we think it de serves it, we want to speak a kind word for a simple little contrivance, invented by D. D. Davies, which we believe ought to take well in Blooms burg because of its cleanliness and beneficial effects in the kitchen. It is simply a ventilated cover for frying pans and pots. It is well calculated to prevent greasy stoves, to retain the substance of meats wasted, and to give the houseTkeeper less scrubbing and cleaning and polishing to do in the kitchen. Furthermore, Mr. Davies is a christian who proposes to have his patented article made right here in Bloomsburg, and, as lard is pretty well up, we will say to the tired house keeper don't let too much of it get away from you on the stove and floor while you are cooking.
