They will tear down the old buildings in the spring and erect a fine block, This will be a great improvement, as the old frame building has been an eye sore for many years. There will be a district , convention of the Young Men's Christian Asso ciation held at Bloomsburg, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, March 6, 7 and 8. The association in Bloomsburg was recently reorganized. The meet ings are now well attended, and with a little encouragement the association may be made a permanent one. With reading rooms under the direction of this association, an attractive place can be offered the young men of the town and many of them be saved from ruin. Let all join in making this con vention a success, in order that more interest may be awakened in the asso ciation at Bloomsburg.
