On motion, a vote of (hanks to the ofticere of the.aeeoeintion for the poet year %yam ramaed ; thanking them, one' in . which they discharged their duties. It-was moved that the next annual meeting be held in Pittsburgh Philadelphia was suggested as an amendment, and also Erie and Wil• liamsport. Some discussion followed, as to the desirability of each city as a place of meeting, and a decision in fa vor of Erie was finally reached. Mr. W. P. Furey offered three reso lutions which elicited an animated dis cussion, participated. in by various members of the Association. The first and second were finally tabled and the third adopted.
