Tbe Dibtrict Court of Wyoming Territory met at Cheyenne yesterday, and four ladies were among the jury. A Sioux Indian, who bad murdered two men last October, near Fort Laramie, was found guilty and sentenced to be bung. The Senate of Virginia yesterday finished the long railroad war in tbe Legislature by passing the House bill for the sale of the 8 ate's interest in the Itichmond and Peters burg Railroad for a half million dollars, to several gentlemen of lacamond. The coal investigation still continues at narrisburg. A large number of iron and railroad men are present to testify to the frpftt damage the coal strikes are to them. John Siney, president of the Miners' Associa tion, was called yesterday afternoon, and tes tified at great length in behalf of the miners. The investigation will be closed in a day or two. Governor Ilolden, of North Carolina, was yesterday convicted on six of the articles of impeachment by a mixed vote, some Demo crats voting for acquittal and some Republi cans for conviction.
