Notwithstanding the almost uni versal opinion of scientific men that it is the healthiest form in which bread can be eaten, yet its progress in publlo favor has been slow. It is now coming rapidly Into use, and this is as It should be, for it is undoubtedly by tar the best, and the reason imply la that flour treated by yeast is decomposed In order to furnish the carbonlo acid by which the donah is nnffed no. In the aerated bread the carbonic acid is made in a huge boiler and foroed into the douch. thus securing the raising without the destruction of the sugar In the wheat. Mr. D. B. Taller, whose Aerated Bread and Cracker Factory is at No. 10 South Eighteenth street, has made the manufacture ef this ar Icle a specialty, and the article be furnishes is not excelled by any in the couna . Aside from Its purity, aerated bread enjoys another advantage, and that is its perfect cleanll nets. From the time water Is added to the flour the douirli is not touched by human hands. This Is an Important consideration. Burnett's Cologne the best made In America. iriAitnii;i. Burnham Cavana. On the 83d instant, at the residence of the bride's mother, by the Rev. T. A.
