The ap pearance of the man was frigti if al: his face was coveted with blood, which kept flowing out of his many wounds; his hair was matted with clotted blood, and his clothes were saturated. They arrested a man who gave his name as McCarty. but who is known as Wliliam Bropby, a sailor.
