Between 1 and 2 o'clock yesterday morning, Officer Leed, of the Nineteenth Ward, arrested a man named Vlllinni Williams, on the charge of asault and natter?, it appears ttat there had been a gene ral fight at a public house on Frank ford road, above Richmond street, and Williams wa charged with having intlicted blows upon one of the participants in the disturbance, causing the cry of murder to be raised. Yesterday after noon Andrew Webber, living in Uichtuoud street, above Cumberland, fifteen years ot age, met with a sudden death under the following, circumstances. Deceased had been out gunning, and while standing in his bont in PewnhocKcn creek, lost hold ol Lis gun, the lock catching in the side of the boat, thereby causing its dis charge. The load took effect in his abdomen, producing almost Instant death. The body was removed to his late residence. Disorderly House. A posse of the Third District police visited a house in Barclay street, on Haturduy night, which had been complained of as a place where frequent disorders occurred, and arrested uwen ana Caroline lloss, the alleged proprietors, and nine of the visitors. They bad a hearing before Alderman Morrow yefterday, when Owen and Caroline Ross were held for their appearance at Court, and tho others were bound over to keep the peace. Magistrates' Returns.
