Cobon'eu's Investigation. Coroner Roberts concluded the investigation in the case of John F. Deal, who was killed by beinjr struck by a locomotive of the Camden and Amboy Railroad Company, near the "Fish House," od the 'Jth of May, last evening. The jury rendered ft verdict ot accidental death, and exonerated the com pany and employes from all blame. Arsaclt asd Battery. An individual named Henry Black committed an assault and battery on, and attempted to stab, one Henry Aunderslice, near Coopei's Point, on Thursday. The knife cut the skin in the region of the abdo men. Slack was sirrested by CoiiBtuble Haw kins, and lodged in the County Jail. Fond of- Husbands. Bell Parker, with several aliases, was brought from Trenton and lodped in jail here by Constable Hawkins. She iB charged with haviutr lour husbands, and will have to refute the ehurne or be sent to the Penitentiary. The Post Office. Through the exertions of Harry Lee, the Postmaster, the Post Office will be open on Sunday, between the hours of ti and 8 P. M a mail being received and one sent away during that time. Slight Fires. About half-past eleven o'clock last evemnrr.'tbe furniture store, on the southeast corner of Passyunk road and South btTeet was slightly damaged by fire. The alarm about 1 o'clock was caused by the burning of a stable occupied by Mr. Fngau, Monroe street, above Fourth. Damage tritliuar. The rag warehouse of Jessup Moore, North street, above Fifth, was also slightly damaged by lire about 12 o'clock. Another Railroad Accident. Yesterday afternoon, about five o'clock, Henry Smith, seven years of age, son ot Adolph Smith, saddler, residing in Boyer street, above Tenth, was run over by one of the cars of the Tenth and Eleventh Streets Passenger Railway line, ut Maruet and Tenth streets, and injured by having the flesh torn from the calf of Ins leg.
