ARTILLERY ELECTION Agreeably to the ancient charter of the Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company, the annual election of Offictrs was held on Monday last. The company paraded at the wfual hour ; and at noon escorted the Pre- Udent of the United States, his honor the Lieutenant Governor, the Members ofCoun cil, and a number of other gentlemen, to tke Old Brick Meting House ; wfiere a Sermon, which met the warmest approbation of a crouded and very rcfpr&able afTembly, was delivered by the Rev.
