The holders of such warrants as have been or shall be granted for military fervicesperform ed during the late war, are required to pr«fent the fame to the Register of the Treasury, at some time prior to the twelfth day of February in the year, one thousand eight hundred, for the purpose of being will however be made of any less quantity than a quarter townfliip, or four theufand acres. Th« priority of location of the warrants which may be presented and regillered in manner afore faid, prior to the nth day of February in the year one thousand eight hundred, will immediate ly after the said day, be determined by lot, fn the tnbdt drefcribed by the act fir ft recited. The hojdets of regiflered warrants, shall on Monday the 17th day of February, in the year 1800, in the order of which the priority of locati on shall be determined by lotas aforefaid, person ally, or by th»ir agents, defignatein writing at the office of the Rcgifter of the Treasury, the particu lar quarter townfliips eleiled by them rcfpeilively, and such of the said holders as shall rot defignatr their locations on the said day, shall be poflponed in locating such warrants to all other braiders of regiflered warrants. The holders of warrants for military services fufficient to cover one or more quarter townfiiips or trails of four thousand acres each; shall, at any time after Monday the 17th day of February. 180 a and prior to the firft day ol January, 180 a, al lowed to regiQer the said warrants in manner a fortfaid, and forthwith to make lecation? therefor en any tract or tra&s of land not b»fore located. All warrants or claims for tends on accotuit of military f rvices, which (lull not be regiflered and located before the firft day of January, 1803, are by the supplementary a6l of Congrrfs herein before recited, parted on the second day of March, 1799, declared to be forever barred.
