That on the liquidation ani settlement of the said Certificates, and Indents of Interest, at the Treasury, the Creditors will be entitled to receive Certificates of funded Three Per Cent. Stockequal to the amount of the said Indents, and the arrear ages of interest due on their said Certificates, prior to the firtl day of January one thousand seven hundred and ninety one.
