And be it further enafled, that evety matter or captain of any thip or vefTel coming from sea (vessels actually employed n the toattuig trad« excepted) and bound to any port or place within the jurifdi&ion of PeanfylviSma,iha ! l taufe his thip or vefTel to be brought to anchor,or otherwise flay ed in the ttream of the river Delaware, oppsfit# to the Health-Office on State-Island aforefaid, and there taremain until he shall have duly obtained a certificate or bill of heal h from the Resident Phy ftcian.
