While dozens of bleating, mooing, and whinnying ani mals were being led onto the Schuylkill County Fairgrounds, hundreds of other exhibits were ar riving at the fair. They came quietly, in boxes, bags, and children’s hands, but they represented long months of hard work and learning. These exhibits were 4-H project books and craftsall of them completed by local 4-H mem bers in the course of learning about their chosen 4-H project areas. The exhibits were judged and 4-H’ers received ribbons for their efforts.
