Then it was time to get the camera and record the event. We copied what was done at our high school and had a lot of fun doing it. Most of my garden was plant ed the other week as a son and POLE TAVERN (grandson rototilled it for me. This year I planted white onions f instead of yellow ones. I hope / that I won’t be sorry as I’ve / heard they do not keep as well. / The yellow ones were packaged in a very large package and I did not need a bushel or two of on ions. Our son mowed part of our jSr large yard, and my husband did jSf some. Room Additions, Sun Rooms, Decks, Garages, Etc. They didn’t guess the fruit in the des sert correctly as it was apples and cranberries and not cherries. The other day I broke my good, old hoe as I weeded the strawberry bed. We shall only have a few berries as the bed of plants is quite old. Maybe our son can weld the hoe for me. One can get attached to a tool alter many years of using it. My husband can get around the house maybe too good. He stumbled over a block of wood in the garage and really banged up his face. The skin came off of his nose and he had a big bump on his forehead. The nosebleed lasted for hours but he is recover ing okay. Editor’s note: Several readers have expressed interest in send ing get-well cards to Ida’s hus band,, Allen.
