Lancaster County Gra ziers have scheduled a two-day grazing conference for Feb. 10 and 11 at the Solanco Fair grounds. “Got Grass? Graze It?” will be the theme of the gathering. “We have a good sampling of some of this county's best innova tive graziers coming to help you understand the importance of not only how to think about grass, but also how to manage it,” according to Roman Stoltzfoos, secretary of Lancaster County Pa. According to Farm Show Di rector Dennis Grumbine, the food court generated in excess of $1 million in sales, “double last year,” said Grumbine.
